Patients receiving care at our facility either select comprehensive healthcare packages or pay directly for specific medical services rendered. Once a package is selected or a medical bill is paid, all transactions are considered final.
Therefore, we do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges for any services, consultations, procedures, or packages provided by the hospital.
Many of our patients opt for structured maternity or gynaecological health packages. Please note the following terms regarding these packages:
Fees paid for outpatient department (OPD) consultations, emergency care, inpatient hospitalisation, surgical procedures, and standard hospital billing are final. Once a medical service has been initiated or completed, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained under any circumstances.
Please be advised that the pharmacy and diagnostic laboratory operate as completely separate and independent entities from nandi Hospital.
While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we are committed to transparent billing. If you believe there is a clerical error or discrepancy in your final hospital bill, please bring it to the attention of our billing department before discharge or final settlement. Once the final settlement is completed, the bill is considered closed.
